When Catherine isn’t attempting to roller skate in her local park, singing and dancing with her Glee choir or chilling in her hammock whilst marvelling at a full moon, she runs a busy Play Therapy practice, supporting children, families and schools with social, emotional and behavioural needs. She also enjoys supervising other professionals in similar fields. She is eager to help young people and their care givers to understand how digital habits can impact their lives and wellbeing, supporting them to build futures that utilise technology in a healthy and empowered way. She also loves to work with individuals who are seeking coaching, being particularly passionate and versed about areas such as personal or professional transitions, relationships, spirituality, work-life balance, lack of focus.
