Ekaterina is Russian and lives between Moscow and Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Kamchatka Territory. She has a qualification in law and used to run her own business, a family cafe with a confectionery line, catering, and staff. Family life and teenage children add up significant experience to understanding the impact of digital distractions on the quality of her life.
In 2017, she experienced a deep burnout and realized that the smartphone was one of the most important reasons. Consciously Digital course was her way to return to life and find a healthy balance between productive work and quality rest without distractions.
Ekaterina is fond of running, baking, practising mindfulness and meditation. She mostly works with Russian-speaking clients.
