My coaching approach is shaped by my own journey. For years, I wore the “alwayson achiever” badge - 20 tabs open, constant multitasking, endless calls, 24/7 connectivity. After a maternity leave pause, I discovered how essential it is to slow down, reflect, and set boundaries. That shift led me to digital wellbeing and to supporting others who feel overwhelmed by the pace of modern life.
I now work with clients navigating change, seeking meaning, or redefining how they want to live and work. I coach in English and Bulgarian, and I believe transformation begins the moment we choose to pause and pay attention.
