Maria is a digital product manager for an B2B energy management company, with a Master degree in Philosophy and an MBA . She is based between Paris and Luxembourg, speaks Russian, English, French and Italian and is studying German and Hebrew. Maria keeps her bedroom and dining table tech-free, and has empirically confirmed on multiple occasions that the world is not ending when she leaves home without her phone . It took her 5 full marathons to realize she doesn’t actually enjoy running - she claims to be better at self-awareness now.
Katie Brockhurst is a social media consultant, who has spent the past decade supporting authors, experts and influencers in spirituality and wellbeing to manage and grow their social media platforms. She has trained in digital wellbeing to help answer growing concerns around both her own relationship to social media, as well as that of her clients and is delivering sessions for mind, body, spirit coaches, entrepreneurs and small businesses. Katie also presents the ‘Digital Wellbeing’ show on Wellbeing Radio and is the author of award-winning books, Social Media For A New Age 1 and 2.
Elina is a learning leader in a multi-national organization and her expertise is for all things virtual – designing and delivering virtual learning and enabling virtual teams to stay connected and productive. Elina was born in Greece, studied Biology and Psychology, Cornell University (USA) and since her Master’s in HR, London School of Economics, she lives in the UK. She is passionate about developing people, esp. coaching remote workers to access their creativity and productivity, whilst nourishing their health and well-being.
