Consciously Digital Coaches
Sara Baroni, CD Associate Coach

I study, speak and write about focus and strategy. Project after project I help organisations, people and places to explore their "why", the foundations of sustainable know-how. In the role of executive manager I built a communications agency, designed and launched two brands in the agri-food world and managed the placemaking of different urban regeneration projects in Milan. But the project that always remains in my heart is OfficinaStrategia, a space I designed in 2009 to cultivate strategic thinking, in which my company (benefit) has been active for more than twenty years. From a degree in mechanical engineering to consulting entrepreneurs, to leading large projects, I have learned that self-fulfillment is a right that is exercised with a profound knowledge of oneself.

With over 20 years of experience in HR, Talent Management, and Learning & Development within global organizations undergoing transformation (Sony, BIC, Criteo), I support teams and individuals in developing personal and professional resilience in a fluctuating world through coaching, training, and codevelopment sessions.
I began my coaching journey in 2019 with CTI Co-Active at Criteo, where I provided internal coaching for executives for three years (covering onboarding, assertiveness, management, etc.), which sparked my passion for individual support. I am a certified professional coach (RNCP) through the Académie du Coaching, directed by François Souweine (author of "L’intelligence de la Relation en Coaching"), co-created with François Delivré (author of "Le Métier de Coach") and Marie-Noelle Philippe (psychologist).
Mission:
My mission is to assist professional collectives in transforming their operational dynamics to enhance resources while respecting their ecology collectively and individually.
Coaching Philosophy:
My vision, and that of Kiwavi, is inspired by Carl Rogers' humanistic approach (Person-Centered Therapy). I draw heavily from philosophy, neuroscience, metacognition (Neuro-Leadership Institute and Consciously Digital), positive psychology (Seligman), as well as mindfulness practices through meditation and yoga. I adhere to the code of ethics of the Académie du Coaching and the principle "Primum non nocere" (first, do no harm). I am supervised (certificates available upon request) and undergo therapeutic follow-up for my coaching activities.
